Nobody noticed that my friend had been drinking when he rear-ended another car. Should I have said something?
By lisaxmiller

Recently, I was in the passenger seat when my slightly drunk friend rear-ended a car at a red light. Neither the other driver nor the police seemed to notice he had been drinking, and the case was treated as a simple fender-bender. I wasn’t asked any questions, but now I feel that I should have said something. Should I have?
