A friend of mine is looking at a job she’s lukewarm about and has told me she won’t pursue. I happen to know that her current employer is about to put the company up for sale — and that she’ll probably be out of a job within the year. And she has a family to support.
I think she should look harder at the new opportunity, but I’m sworn to secrecy. I might even be violating SEC regulations if I tell. I just don’t know what to do.
