    Claire Giangravè is a reporter and editorial assistant at Crux, covering all things Catholic and with a special interest in the Vatican’s foreign and diplomatic relations.

    Before joining Crux, Claire was a producer and journalist at Class CNBC in Milan where she covered global markets and the economy, creating media packages and interviewing market movers and influencers.

    Claire comes to the Vatican beat with her past experience as an assistant producer at MSNBC and the Today Show during the papal conclave in 2013, which elected Pope Francis. She also collaborated on a PBS Frontline documentary on the Vatican and sex abuse scandals.

    After completing her undergraduate studies in political science and international relations at the Roma Tre University in Rome, Claire earned her masters degree at the Boston University School of Journalism.
