I work with a man named Phil who is problematic in many ways, but has tremendous strengths. He is a perfectionist, but doesn’t like working with people, and he can’t delegate. However, given specific tasks, he will often do them to perfection. He has an angry affect and doesn’t work well with others. He believes that other people don’t measure up to his standards, and he feels that he does the majority of the work.
